Interested in learning about the hottest new fitness trend?  Discover the full body, result driven benefits of indoor rowing in this exclusive six week course. Learn proper form and rowing technique while building strength, stamina and flexibility. Each class is taught in small group training setting and offers personal one-on-one attention. Let us help you build your skills and confidence on the erg and prepare you for any class at ROWViGOR.   

Week 1: Foundations

Week 2: Form and Flow

Week 3: Technique and Tabata Conditioning

Week 4: Stamina and Strength (Kettle Bells)

Week 5: Breath and Cardio Cadence (HIIT)

Week 6: Flexibility (ROWga)
