Please join us this summer for the 10th season of Yoga In The Park. I am grateful for the contributions of our teachers, students and Karma Yogis. Thank you for being part of our community.
When: Every Sunday in June, July and August from 5-6:30pm*
Where: Meridian Hill Park
Who: All ages and levels, including beginners, are welcome
Cost: All Classes are FREE!

Pilates in the Park
From a press release: "Pilates in the Park will occur every Thursday beginning May 6–June 19 at 5:30–6:30 p.m. There is no charge for the lessons and they will be conducted by award-winning instructor Vivian Thurman. These lessons will be held in Farragut Square Park, which is located in a highly-visible location of the Golden Triangle (steps away from the Farragut North and Farragut West Metro Stations).
In addition, every Tuesday at Farragut Square Park, Yogalates will be led by a certified instructor from the popular Yoga District studio. Yogalates is the fusion of yoga with pilates and these lessons are also free from May 6–June 19 at 5:30–6:30 p.m.
Attendees should bring their own mats. The Golden Triangle will coordinate food samples, play music prior to and after each exercise session, free 5-minute massages, and invite experts to give health tips."
