From lululemon Clarendon: "Join us for a 4-6 mile loop around Arlington - we change the route every month, third week of the month we have a speed workout and end the run at South Block Juice Co. for complimentary cold-pressed juice (thanks South Block!)

Meet at the store, we have space for you to stash your stuff while you run!

All levels welcome - we have an advanced pace group and beginner paced group, both led by lululemon staff.

Boot Camp is a high energy, total body strength and conditioning calorie burning workout! You will enjoy the camaraderie and encouragement from myself, and other like-minded boot campers throughout the hour session. Be prepared to increase your metabolism, improve your stamina, and feel much better then you did before you started the class!

Boot camp meets at the training studio located at 1440 N St, NW Ste. 8, and we will then head outdoors to a nearby location, or be indoors in Jan/Feb.

Classes are open to all fitness levels, are 55 min, and capped at 15 people.
