From Pacers: "Join Pacers Running Stores for complimentary fun runs in the mornings and evenings across the greater Washington DC area. Runs range from 3-7 miles (unless otherwise noted) all paces welcome. Most listed runs are free (unless otherwise noted) and open to the public. All you have to do is just show up and be ready to run!"

KICK Fitness is now offering spin and yoga classes at the gorgeous new Atlantic Plumbing building in Shaw! Classes are open to non-residents and your first class is FREE, so come check out the incredible views. Come for the view, but stay for the great workout!

Intermediate: This 40-mile, moderately paced ride (16 to 18 mph avg) emphasizes group riding techniques. This is a pure group road ride and we try to maintain and sustain the group throughout the 40-mile course. Preview the route here.
Advanced: For those who want something a bit more aggressive, our advanced ride this 60+ mile ride is for you. Eligibility for this ride requires that you demonstrate above average bike handling skills and the ability to hold an 18 to 20 mph pace. Preview the route here."
Come run with us at our weekly Sunday Funday Run with distances of two to four miles. The run will start at 10:00am at the store. We will celebrate our post run success with mimosas - bring on the bubbles!
From the Fitness Provider: "
The Bike Rack is offering a one hour Yoga Class on Sunday evening at 6:00. Our licensed instructors will lead you through an hour of Vinyassa Flow with the sequence and intensity of the class adjusted to the personal experience of each individual student.
Registration is not required to attend, however it does help us to know how many people to expect. Our classes are donation based, with a suggested donation of $5.00. Grab your yoga mat and join us, if you do not have a yoga mat, we have extras. We look forward to seeing you here!
Try out any combination of 2 classes: Kickboxing, Boxing, Urban Ninja Training, No-Gi Grappling, Yoga, or Krav Maga for $30 ($15 each). We welcome students of all levels of athleticism and experience.
